Everyone knows that soup makes you happy. But this TSAMPA SOUP will bewitch you with its incredible mushroom aroma and the finely tuned aromatic herbs and spices.



Ingredients:

BARLEY (58%)*, OATS*, shiitake*, porcini*, oyster mushrooms*, chanterelles*, turmeric*, coriander*, ginger*, nutmeg*

*from controlled organic cultivation. Contains naturally occurring sugars. May contain traces of celery.



Preparation recommendation:

Mix 2 tbsp TSAMPA SOUP DEWA with approx. 50 ml cold water to a pulp. Gradually add about 200ml of hot (not boiling!) water or broth while stirring until desired consistency is reached - and enjoy! salt as needed.
