This cushion can be used both as a yoga cushion and as a meditation cushion.

A yoga bolster is a compact, round or rectangular pillow. It is designed to support the back, neck, kidney area, back of the knees and arms during certain active or relaxing yoga postures.
Our yoga bolsters support your body particularly well because they are filled with buckwheat chaff. The filling can be filled or reduced as desired, e.g. when it comes to supporting the lower back.
