Root Chakra (Innocence) Amber.
The root chakra is the first chakra. Its energy is based on the earth element. It is associated with feelings of security and grounding. It lies at the base of the chakra system and lays the foundation for expanding your life. The Muladhar is the chakra of stability, security and our basic needs. It includes the first three vertebrae, the bladder and the large intestine. When this chakra is open we feel safe and fearless.


Navel Chakra (Creativity) Cinnamon
The navel chakra is the second chakra and is closely linked to emotional balance and creativity. It is located just below the navel and thus regulates the reproductive organs. An open and balanced sacral chakra is important for a balanced, healthy and successful life. The Svadhisthana Chakra is our creativity and sexual center. It is located in the pubic bone below the navel and is responsible for our creative expression.
